Dany Garcia is an American businesswoman, producer, and professional IFBB Pro bodybuilder. She is the founder, chairwoman, and CEO of The Garcia Companies, a holding organization managing a diverse portfolio of business ventures across entertainment, sports, fashion, food, and wellness. Alongside her longtime business partner and former husband, Dwayne Johnson, Garcia co-founded Seven Bucks Productions in 2012, producing major blockbuster films and television series including Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Red Notice, and Ballers.

Born in Belleville, New Jersey, Garcia graduated from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 1992 with a degree in International Finance and Marketing. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she worked as an Associate Vice President before transitioning into talent management and entertainment enterprise development.

In 2020, Garcia made history by becoming the first woman to hold a controlling enterprise ownership stake in a major American professional sports league when she led the acquisition of the XFL alongside RedBird Capital Partners and Dwayne Johnson. She served as Chairwoman during the relaunch of the league, which subsequently merged with the USFL in 2024 to form the United Football League (UFL). She is also the founder of the lifestyle apparel brand GSTQ and co-founder of the healthy beverage brand ZOA Energy.
